ICAN Hiring Process Details
1. Prospective employee will submit an ICAN employment application.
2. Preliminary background screening performed which includes reference
check, CaseNet screen, criminal history records check from Missouri
Highway Patrol database, sex offender registry and applicant screening using
the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Family Care Safety
Registry.
3. Administration Manager will sets up and conducts interviews.
4. Hiring decision is made by the Program Manager.
5. Prospective employee is given a non-invasive drug screen.
6. After negative drug screen results are known, employee will be scheduled
for New Employee Orientation session with the Administration Manager.
7. After all employment paper work is completed (i.e. I-9, W-4s, etc.)
employee is given schedule and training assignments.
